A festival that keeps moving.
The Amsterdam Coffee Festival brings roasters, equipment makers, baristas and coffee drinkers together in one working environment. Eventcare has supported Coffee Ventures Europe as production partner across eight consecutive editions through 2025.
Each edition asks the same thing at a new scale: make complex technical, spatial and exhibitor requirements feel clear on the floor. In 2025 the festival moved to the NDSM warehouse, adding the industrial site and the new SIP programme to the mix.
The whole floor, connected.
Eventcare connects venue planning, power and technical infrastructure to stand build, suppliers and exhibitor needs. The work starts before the first stand goes up and continues until the last load leaves the site.

A new room for coffee.
The steel span of the NDSM warehouse gave the festival a different rhythm. Eventcare translated the event into that raw volume, from the exhibitor floor to SIP: a new programme built around coffee, cocktails, music and culture.
