Marlon Hoffstadt, also known as DJ Daddy Trance, is a DJ and producer from Berlin. He has gained significant attention in the electronic music scene, with tracks like “Call Me” and “It’s That Time” achieving millions of streams.
You can describe his music as a blend of trance and hard house.
The iconic Van Nelle Fabriek, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its modernist architecture, has been repurposed as a distinctive industrial event space. Its vast, open halls, bathed in natural light from its extensive glass facades, offer a unique backdrop for a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and conferences to cultural festivals and exhibitions. The building’s raw industrial aesthetic, characterized by concrete and steel, provides a flexible canvas that can be adapted to suit various event styles and scales, making it a memorable setting for any occasion.
Our design team for this project, consisting of Maikel Fleminks & Marijn Hubregtse, created a refreshing new concept using a combination of LED panels, lasers and mirrors to create the show.
Our goal was to create a visual show highlighting the building’s industrial atmosphere and merging the design with the local architecture.
Our lighting operators made sure that the music, venue, crowd and lighting came to life in a breathtaking 360 experience.
